Introduction

R-5660-G series of Glossy Mica Plate are made from Muscovite (or Phlogopite) mica paper and high temperature resistant silicon resin, compared with Rigid Mica Plate, its surface are very smooth.

R-5660- G series has acquired UL94V-0 approval with the file No.E231452, TUV approval on environmental safe (the file No. Z05811263 ), SGS-RoHS approval with the file No. SH6148278/CHEM, and has been authorized for use in contact with food products (certificate from the FDA with the file No. RJSSZ060586FDA).

R-5660- G series has two species:
      R-5660- G 1: Muscovite Rigid Mica Plate , Silver color, Heat resistance: 500 / 932 °F (In constant operation), 750 / 1382 °F (in intermit t ent operation) .
      R-5660- G 3: Phlogopite Rigid Mica Plate , Golden/Amber color, Heat resistance: 750 / 1382 °F (In constant operation), 1000 / 1832°F (in intermittent operation) .

Properties

1. Excellent resistance to heat up to 1000°C . R-5660- G series have unique temperature resistance, the maximum working temperature for the Muscovite Mica Plate and Phlogopite Mica Plate are approximately 550 and 750 respectively, Peak work temperature are 750 and 1000 respectively.
2. Excellent electrical insulation. R-5660- G series have excellent dielectric properties .
3. E xcellent punchability. R-5660- G series have good flexibility can be cut very precisely using die-stamping.
4. Environmentally safe. R-5660-G series generate very little smoke even at excessive temperatures.

 Size: Sheets of 1000 x 600 mm 1000 x 1200 mm
            Strips and punched parts according to drawings for thickness 0,1 to 2, 0 mm .
Thickness: 0, 1mm , 0.15mm , 0.2mm , 0.25mm , 0.3mm , 5.0mm .

Storage

Unlimited life in a dry place at room temperature.

Application

Compare with R-5660-G series mica sheet, this series have some obviously characters: the surface is more smoothing, more leveling, and more beautiful. Widely used for high-class household electric appliance.
